1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website, services, and educational content provided by All About Physio by Practical Sports Physiotherapy ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our platform, registering for a course, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which are binding under the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
2. Use of the Website
2.1 You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only.
2.2 You must not use the website in any way that may damage, disable or impair the functionality of the platform or interfere with others’ use of it.
2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account.
3. Course Registration and Payment
3.1 By enrolling in a course, you agree to pay the applicable fees as outlined on the platform.
3.2 Payment must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) via the provided secure payment gateway.
3.3 Access to course material will be granted upon confirmation of full payment.
3.4 Access is granted for 30 days only for individual lessons, and 60 days for complete modules.
3.5 Course fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
3.6 Discounts and promotions are offered at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 All course content, materials, videos, text, and images are the intellectual property of All About Physio or its contributors and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
4.2 You may download or print course materials for personal use only.
5. CPD Accreditation
5.1 Our courses are CPD-accredited where indicated.
5.2 Completion certificates and CPD points are awarded upon completion of all course components, including any assessments.
5.3 It remains your responsibility to ensure the course meets your CPD requirements.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
6.1 We collect and process your personal information in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, All About Physio makes no warranties regarding the completeness or suitability of the material for your specific needs.
7.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform, course content, or materials.
8. Modification of Terms
8.1 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
8.2 Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
