For Online Courses and Digital Products:

 

• Access is granted upon full payment.

• Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not provided after access has been granted, unless required by law.

Refund exceptions or course deferrals are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

 

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
